We’re now looking for 2 experienced Transport Coordinators to join our busy Spalding operation: 1 x Dayshift 1 x Nightshift If you enjoy working in a fast-paced transport environment, thrive under pressure, and like being at the centre of an operation, this could be the role for you. What you’ll be doing As a Transport Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our transport operation running safely, efficiently, and on time. Your responsibilities will include: Briefing and debriefing drivers at the start and end of shifts Acting as the first point of contact for driver queries and live operational issues Monitoring routes and vehicle movements throughout the shift Escalating delays or issues to the Team Manager where required Supporting operational excellence across service, cost, and peak planning Ensuring legal compliance in line with O-Licence requirements Managing payroll administration, holidays, and Kronos exceptions Delivering excellent customer service and quick resolutions to operational challenges No two shifts are the same, so you’ll need to be organised, proactive, and confident making decisions in a fast-moving environment. Shift Pattern We currently have: 1 x Dayshift: 07:00 – 19:00 1 x Nightshift: 19:00 – 07:00 4 on 4 off rotation A great shift pattern offering regular time off and excellent work/life balance.
