Branch Sales Manager – Independent Estate Agent – Hampshire Location: Hampshire / South East (commutable area) Salary: £30,000 basic, £60,000 OTE Hours: Monday to Friday, every other Saturday An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Sales Manager to join a leading independent Estate Agent operating across the Hampshire region. This is a rare chance for an experienced individual to take ownership of a branch, drive performance, and lead by example in all areas of residential sales. We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager who enjoys being on the front line — actively listing properties, carrying out valuations, winning new business and managing a successful team. This role combines both leadership and personal sales responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
