What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
Leading service and ensuring top-quality dishes leave the pass
Bringing creativity to menus using fresh, seasonal produce
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and stock control
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar role
Passion for British pub food with a modern twist
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Calm, positive attitude under pressure
Confident running the grill for 70+ covers

Salary:
£36,000 - £38,000 per year + tips
Hours:
Wednesday to Sunday, rota between 10:00-14:00 start, finishing around 21:30
Team:
Working alongside 2-3 chefs
