This role is ideal for someone currently working in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or another people-focused role who is looking to move into a professional career with clear progression, structured training and uncapped earning potential. No recruitment experience is required — full training and support will be provided. The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to connect talented people with leading businesses across the UK. Your responsibilities will include: Speaking with candidates to understand their experience and career goals Supporting recruitment campaigns from start to finish Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients Advertising roles and sourcing suitable applicants Managing interview processes and offers Working closely with an experienced, supportive team while you learn the roleThis is a fast-paced, varied role with plenty of opportunity to develop new skills.
