This includes ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production processes, leading the shift team, and maintaining high standards in line with our safety and operational procedures. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership: Act as the primary shift lead, keeping the General and Production Managers informed of key operational updates. Supervision: Manage daily shift activities, including workforce oversight, production targets, and quality control.
