About The Role
Were looking for a proactive, highly organised Business Support Manager to work closely with our Directors across a wide range of functions including operations, HR, marketing, and CRM management. This is a strategic and hands:on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast:paced small business environment and enjoys improving systems, leading initiatives, and supporting growth.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to::
Operations and Administration
Oversee day:to:day business operations and internal processes Manage diaries, inboxes, and meeting schedules for Directors Prepare reports, presentations, and follow up on key actions Maintain and improve filing systems and office procedures Manage supplier relationships and office logistics
HR and People Support
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies Support employee engagement and internal communications
Marketing and Communications
Coordinate marketing activities and content planning Support social media and email campaigns Liaise with external marketing partners and track performance
CRM and Data Management
Maintain and optimise the CRM (currently HubSpot) Generate reports and insights to support decision:making Ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance
What Were Looking For
Experience in a similar Business Support, Operations, or Office Manager role Comfortable working in a small, fast:moving business where everyone contributes Exceptionally organised with strong leadership and multitasking skills Confident communicator with a proactive, problem:solving mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud:based tools; experience with platforms like HubSpot, Xero, Canva, or Mailchimp is a plus
