Proclinical is seeking a Commercial Director to lead partnerships across the Middle East, Africa (MEA), and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) regions. This role focuses on managing an existing portfolio while supporting the integration of future marketing authorizations (MAs). You will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions for MEA and CEE partner markets.
2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
3. Conduct bi-annual profitability reviews to identify EBITDA improvement opportunities in partner markets.
4. Manage partner market purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery by the supply chain team.
5. Develop annual budgets and 5-year forecasts with input from MEA and CEE partners.
6. Achieve revenue and operational expenditure (OPEX) targets for MEA and CEE partner markets.
