Contract Type:Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What Youll Do

* Teach and assess learners across a range of Business Finance programmes, from T Level Accounting to T Level Business Management
* Deliver engaging, industry-relevant lessons that develop commercial awareness and financial understanding
* Support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, apprenticeships, or higher education
* Use practical and creative teaching approaches to make Business & Finance relevant to real-world contexts
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
* Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
* Contribute to curriculum development and help create an inspiring learning environment

What Youll Bring

* A relevant qualification in Business Finance or Business Accounting, or a related subject (Level 3 or above)
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
* Experience working within Business Finance and/or Business Accounting, or supporting learners in education or training
* A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
* A level 4 teaching qualification or above is welcomed but if you dont have one yet, well support you to achieve it while you work
