Are you ready to take the lead in autonomously assessing, investigating, diagnosing, treating, and expertly caring for patients at the Urgent Treatment Centre?
If yes, join our collaborative UTC team, where you'll actively contribute to meeting patients' diverse needs, championing the seamless delivery of policies and procedures, and providing invaluable nurse leadership when it matters most. As the post holder, you'll engage in comprehensive assessment, treatment, care, and education for patients of all ages, ensuring a high-quality patient-centred service.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new staff group at Kingston Hospital Urgent Treatment Centre who will help develop and grow this already high performing service.
This post will also offer the exciting opportunity for cross-site working with our partner UTC based at Teddington Memorial Hospital.
As the post holder, you'll embark on a journey of autonomous practice, consistently delivering high-quality, timely, and patient-centred care that makes a real difference.
Your leadership will ensure that every moment of care aligns with our Trust's core values.
In addition, your expertise will be vital in identifying the need for essential diagnostic tests and interpreting their results, including laboratory and radiography investigations.
You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring and supervising trainee UCPs, offering support and dynamic line management when required.
Collaboration is central to your role, working seamlessly with all members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based care practices and continuous improvement through innovative quality programs.
