INFLUENCE MANAGER

NEW YORK CITY, USA (Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week)

A benchmarked salary between $73, to $87, based on your level within our progression framework. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employees/applicants skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

With some recent client wins, we're looking for our first US Influencer Manager to join our team and help deliver award-winning influencer work. Reporting to our VP of Social Media Management, you'll play a key role in our growing team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

1. Sourcing & Vetting Creators and Influencers: Source & vet creators/influencers for brand partnerships, ensuring performance, demographics & personality align with overarching brand strategy & objectives. Pitch selections to clients with thoughtful reasoning.
2. Creator Briefs: Produce clear briefing documents for creators/influencers, including key brand education and inspiration for their content. Running briefing sessions with them on video call or in person.
3. Communications & Campaign Management: Manage communication with creators & talent agencies from the start of a partnership through to the end, providing them with key information, ensuring deadlines are met, and building the ongoing relationship. Managing campaign budget accordingly.
4. Content Management & Scheduling
Collaborate with brand teams to provide feedback on creator content, sharing this with creators and managing edits. Working closely with the Media & SMM team to ensure content is scheduled in line with wider content plans and for maximum impact.
5. Campaign Reporting: Managing analytics from each creator/influencer and ensuring data trackers are up to date. Leading on providing learnings & insights to inform the campaign reports for clients.
6. Relationship Building & Networking: Support the team with growing our network of talent & agency contacts via relationship building on existing projects, networking & attending events, and keeping up to date with up & coming faces on social media

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

7. You have experience in delivering seamless creator-led campaigns, with strong working relationships with creators, influencers, and their talent representatives.
8. You are passionate and knowledgeable about the current creator and influencer landscape, and able to educate others on how to harness it effectively.
9. Brilliantly personable: communication is the lifeblood of our business. You love working with people and have a natural ability to handle challenges with charm.
10. Highly organised: social is fast, theres a lot of content and a lot of deadlines so the ability to run a tight ship is a must.
11. You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, and how they market themselves and use social media to do this. You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential.
12. Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You will take real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection.
13. Real drive and ambition: you'll be constantly adapting to the ever-growing world of social, and we need people who have the mindset of growth as well as the ambition to get there.
14. You'll have one to three years of experience working with creators (agency-side preferable).

Standard working hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, theres flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it will also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
