We are looking for an experiencedPlumbing & Mechanical Engineerto join our growing team. This role involves installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on plumbing and mechanical building services systems across commercial and industrial sites.

Responsibilities
* Installation and maintenance of plumbing and mechanical systems
* Working on heating systems, hot & cold water services, and drainage
* Service and maintenance of mechanical plant including pumps, valves, and pipework
* Fault diagnosis and repairs
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
* Completing job sheets and reports accurately
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Plumbing or Mechanical Engineer
* Commercial or industrial experience preferred
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
Qualifications (Preferred)
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical Engineering
* City & Guilds Plumbing or Mechanical qualification
* CSCS Card
* Unvented Hot Water Certificate (advantageous)
* Gas Safe (desirable but not essential)
Salary & Benefits
* £30,000 – £45,000 per year (DOE)
* Company vehicle / allowance (if applicable)
