We’re looking for a confident, energetic and commercially sharp Spa Manager to lead the Homewood spa. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to create brilliant guest experiences, build a happy high-performing team, and keep a close eye on the numbers.
You might already be a Spa Manager, or you could be a brilliant Spa Team Manager / Head Therapist who’s ready to step up and make your mark.
At Homewood, we do things with personality. We want someone who brings warmth, flair and fresh thinking — but also understands that behind every great spa experience is strong leadership, clear standards and a focus on performance.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading the day-to-day spa operation, including treatment rooms, wet facilities and reception
*
Creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining exceptional standards throughout
*
Inspiring, coaching and developing a team of therapists, attendants and reception staff
*
Driving treatment and retail sales, payroll control, profitability and overall spa performance
*
Monitoring KPIs and taking action to improve results
*
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and retention
*
Managing memberships, events and member engagement
*
Working closely with spa partners including ila, Bramley and GAIA
*
Using systems such as Premier Spa, Journey and Opera to maximise efficiency and reduce white space
What we’re looking for:
*
Experience as a Spam Manager or Spa Team Manager, or similar leadership role
* VTCT / Level 3 Therapist qualification or equivalent
*
Strong people leadership skills and confidence managing performance
*
Proven commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results
*
Passion for wellness, hospitality and standout guest service
*
Lots of energy, personality and a lead-from-the-front attitude
* Experience with Premier
Spa and/or Journey & Opera systems
* Experience working
within other luxury or boutique hotel spa brands
This is not a sit-back-and-observe kind of role. We’re looking for someone who loves the buzz of the floor, takes ownership, drives standards, grows revenue and knows how to get the very best from a team.
