What are we looking for? Our branch in Bridgwater is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the team, drive sales, maximize margins and profitability, control costs and identify new opportunities. This is a core business role, operating at the heart of the branch; working alongside the General Manager you will guarantee that we always operate in a safe environment and that our customers receive outstanding levels of service. You will be required to deliver against a wide range of customer demands whilst at the same time driving sales, maximising profitability, and ensuring you have an engaged team that can help you lead the way. Who are we looking for? As a leader with a strong commercially focused background and the ability to build great customer relationships, you must be a confident decision maker who can communicate effectively at all levels. You will also be able to interpret and analyse financial and statistical information and data and ensure that a culture of safety is maintained across the branch and your team. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role including extensive knowledge of our product range and our suppliers. What can we offer?
