Full Time and Part Time - Permanent Roles
We are recruiting for Procurement Project Managers to work for APUC as part of an expansion of services. The post holders will work in various roles across our organization and member institutions for variable periods. Roles within institutions will cover multiple categories and spend areas, engaging in a broad range of procurement activities aligned with institutional and statutory needs. Roles within the core Collaborative Contracting team will involve managing Framework Agreements and supplier relationships on behalf of the sector.
The post holders will serve as ambassadors for APUC, its member institutions, and the procurement profession, demonstrating professionalism and ethical behavior. APUC is committed to evolving to meet the dynamic needs of its clients. We seek experienced procurement/supply chain professionals with a strong work ethic, who are eager to develop further as new opportunities and challenges arise.
Prospective candidates should have relevant experience in similar roles, tendering experience, and knowledge of EU and Scottish public procurement regulations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently, are essential.
