Front Office Duty Manager – Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport

Duties and Responsibilities
* Supervise all front office operations during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, support, and train team members including supervisors, hosts, and guest service agents.
* Coordinate room allocations and arrivals based on guest preferences, status, and group needs.
* Monitor guest accounts, credit limits, and open folios for accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Take charge in emergency situations, ensuring guest and staff safety in line with health & safety protocols.
* Support team development through feedback, coaching, and regular performance check‑ins.
* Contribute to achieving departmental goals, including upselling, enrolments, and guest satisfaction KPIs.
* Support the night team with occasional overnight shift coverage during holidays, absences, or operational requirements.
About You
You are a confident and service‑driven professional with experience in front office leadership, ideally within a hotel environment. You have a strong working knowledge of front desk systems, excellent communication skills, and a calm, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
