We are looking for candidates who can manage the day-to-day operational control of multiple contracts of all sizes, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, performance to programme, and customer service.
Candidates should be able to maintain commercial awareness to ensure the company is not exposed financially and to achieve full margins from operational activities. They will manage contracts to perform in line with budgets, maintain a motivated, effective, and safety-conscious workforce, and ensure good client relations by meeting client requirements. Additionally, they will support and mentor junior and senior engineers.
We are seeking qualified individuals with significant experience in the geotechnical industry, with a solid understanding of ground conditions, drilling, and site investigation works.
Candidates should have a good understanding of geotechnical processes and contract management, excellent written English, and good letter-writing skills. A strong customer-service focus, professional approach, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for liaising with clients and regional teams.
Full UK driving license is required.
