Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Technician to support our finance operations on a 4-day work week. The role involves managing daily accounting tasks such as processing invoices, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. Strong communication skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles are essential. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Working within a busy accounts and finance team
2. Bank / Digital Wallet reconciliations
3. Managing sales and purchase ledgers
4. Processing supplier payments
5. Credit control duties
6. Completing all month-end duties
7. Handling invoice queries
8. Performing other ad hoc duties as required
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* An accounts qualification (e.g., MIATI or similar)
* Ability to prioritize workload effectively
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Excel
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about finance
