GXO is currently seeking a driven and talented individual for the role of Operations Supervisor to join our Nestle contract, based at our flagship site at East Midlands Gateway. You’ll support the Operations Manager with the safe and efficient running of the day-to-day operations, ensuring daily KPIs are met, all Health & Safety procedures are followed, and customer service levels are maintained.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll work on a ‘4 on 4 off’ basis with rotational shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £35,707.56 per annum, depending on experience. * Manage and develop direct reports and the team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Coordinate with digital partners for daily operations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or transport environment
* Experience in delegation, task setting, and working towards KPIs
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Problem-solving skills with an analytical approach
