Digital Account Manager Location: Hertford Salary: Competitive, based on experience Based in our client's modern Hertford office, you'll join a growing team of specialists across creative, web, and digital marketing. Our client is looking for a highly organised and motivated Digital Account Manager to join their team. This is a client-facing role focused on building relationships, driving performance, and ensuring their services are aligned into clear, results-driven strategies. You will manage client accounts, ensuring internal teams are aligned, work is delivered effectively, and clients consistently see value and results. The Role Reporting to the senior team, you will act as a key point of contact for clients and a central link between their clients and internal specialists. Client Management: Build strong relationships, lead communication, and confidently manage expectations, including handling challenging conversations where needed. Strategy and Growth: Work with internal teams to align web and digital marketing services into clear, joined-up plans focused on achieving client goals. Identify opportunities to improve performance and grow accounts, while staying up to date with the latest trends, tools, and AI-driven approaches. Delivery and Team Alignment: Manage workflows using tools such as ClickUp, ensuring work is prioritised and delivered on time. Brief internal teams clearly, maintain momentum across accounts, and encourage a proactive, accountable approach focused on outcomes, not just task completion. Commercial Acumen: Proactively identify opportunities to expand accounts and support client growth. Ensure any additional work or costs are clearly communicated. About You You will have experience in a fast-paced agency or similar client-facing environment and be comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities. You are organised, proactive, and able to balance attention to detail with a broader view of what drives results. Skills and Experience: A broad understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, Social) and the process of building websites. Highly organised with ability to manage multiple accounts / projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations. Experience with project management tools and strong working knowledge of Excel. You are personable, approachable, and have a good sense of humour. You know how to get the best out of the people around you.
