Admin Assistant
Autism Together is a growing provider of residential, supported living, and day services. We are looking to recruit an individual to support the admin team.
The post holder will support the head of central support services by providing administrative support in a professional manner to various directorates, working within a small team.
What you will be doing
* Providing an efficient administration service to ensure the smooth running of the organisation, including word processing, emails, accurate record keeping, and creating/maintaining reporting systems as required.
* Assisting in the smooth operation of specific systems to support the Charity, such as Word, Access, and Excel.
* Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, greeting them politely and courteously.
* Supporting the Learning Culture Team with external training delegates when needed.
* Keeping the Reception area secure and ensuring deliveries are stored safely and collected promptly.
* Responding to telephone and email inquiries at the Registered Office in a professional and courteous manner, handling or referring calls from staff, parents, Trustees, individuals we support, or the public as appropriate.
* Monitoring stock levels of stationery and cleaning products, and ordering supplies when necessary.
* Sorting and distributing incoming mail, recording and frank outgoing mail, including taking mail to the Post Office in time for the 4:50 pm collection.

Hours of work: 37 hours and 30 minutes per week, scheduled across a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday).
