Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Client Support within our Support Department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of financial advisers, ensuring we have the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality administrative support to a team of financial advisors.
2. Manage client appointments, schedules, and paperwork.
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
4. Preparing client packs and paperwork prior to/after meetings, including requesting valuations.
5. Obtaining specific policy information from product providers and third parties via email, telephone, and online.
6. Collaborating with Centralised Administration to ensure timely receipt of information.
7. Prepare and maintain client financial plans using IO and PFP software.
8. Understand cashflow analysis and financial planning advice to clients.
9. Complete and audit Portfolio Reviews
10. Complete and audit New Business Submission
11. Complete and audit Post Sales Tasks
