Your responsibilities will include:
Based within our Q Store at Linton Army Camp, our Warehouse Inventory Assistants play a vital role in ensuring equipment and stores are available when needed to support our customer’s operational requirements through the day-to-day management of military equipment and inventory.
1. Provide excellent customer service within a hands-on, customer-facing role
2. Preparing equipment for issue and return and freighting of inventory
3. Conduct inventory management and compliance checks and support inventory audits
About you:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following skills:
4. Previous warehousing or inventory experience
5. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
6. Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational environment
7. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
8. Experience in the operation of SAP or similar ERP System
9. Full Class 1 Drivers Licence

Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Confidential New Zealand Defence Security Clearance by meeting one of the following criteria:
10. A NZ citizen, OR
11. A NZ Permanent Resident who has resided in NZ for the past 5 years OR
12. A citizen of Australia, Canada, UK or the USA who has a current work permit for NZ
You will also be required to undergo pre-employment activities including drug screening and vetting by NZ Police.
