New Homes Sales Advisor to complement our team onsite in Chippenham. The main purpose of this role is sales generation and to act as the primary point of contact for prospective house buyers, guiding them through the process from initial meeting to handover of their new home. This is a Thursday to Monday opportunity from 10-5, based out of SN15 1JB. This role offers uncapped commission and career progression at the UK's largest estate agency business.
Responsibilities
 * Generate sales and act as the primary point of contact for prospective home buyers from initial meeting through to handover.
 * Utilise development, marketing materials, model homes, local resources and developer relationships to drive sales.
 * Build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
 * Provide outstanding customer care and customer service.
 * Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take initiative.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
Qualifications
 * Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with a builder/developer or transferable sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Sales, or similar.
 * Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
 * Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
