What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and manage the Network Operations team, ensuring strong performance and development.
* Define and track KPI/OKRs with the CTO, aligning team goals with business priorities.
* Oversee and improve incident response, fault resolution, and network support processes.
* Manage relationships and technical escalations with third-party network providers.
* Collaborate with Sales to provide technical solutions and support for customer requirements.
* Own the product and service roadmap from concept through to launch.
* Drive continuous improvement of network tools and procedures in line with CI/CD principles.
* Coordinate engineer deployment to ensure swift and effective fault resolution.
* Help evolve both internal systems and external-facing services alongside the CTO.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience leading technical/network teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong track record in operational leadership, performance management, and service delivery.
* In-depth understanding of data connectivity products and multi-vendor environments.
* A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
* UK driving licence required.
Desirable (but not essential)
* Qualifications in network/security (CISSP, CCNA/P).
* Experience with ITIL or eTOM frameworks.
* Background in Change Management.
