Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to embark on an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a Dispatch Controller to join our operations team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a fantastic chance to play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time, all while supporting the smooth running of our daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Dispatch Controller, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Planning, prioritizing, and controlling daily dispatch schedules.
Ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and loaded correctly.
Preparing and checking dispatch paperwork and shipping documentation.
Coordinating with drivers, couriers, and transport partners.
Monitoring order progress and resolving any dispatch or delivery issues.
Updating systems with order and dispatch information.
Communicating effectively with warehouse staff and management.
Ensuring health & safety and company procedures are followed at all times.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, we are seeking candidates with:
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse control (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Confidence in using warehouse management or order processing systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
