A public service organisation in Northern Ireland is seeking a Clerical Officer to join their team. This is a temporary position, with full-time hours, Monday to Friday and an immediate start is available.
Your new role
As Clerical Officer, you will provide vital administrative and clerical support to the team, assisting in the accurate maintenance and organisation of patient waiting list data. You will help prepare patient correspondence, update records, and ensure that validation processes are carried out efficiently and in line with protocols. This role is essential in supporting the delivery of safe, timely, and effective patient care by ensuring data quality and supporting the smooth operation of activities.
What you'll need to succeed
As Clerical Officer, essentially, you will have 5 GCSEs (Grade A–C / equivalent level qualification) including English Language and 1 years’ experience in an administrative / clerical role.
OR
3 years’ experience in an administrative / clerical role.
You will have the ability to use your own initiative and problem-solve. Be able tomunicate effectively in verbal and written forms. The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload. You will be able to demonstrate experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Sharepoint and have the ability to work well within a team environment to support successful oues.
