Role Responsibilities:
Please note – this is a part time role covering 24 hours per week. 8am – 4:30pm.
1. To store, prepare and serve food and beverage items in accordance with all Food Handling and Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
2. To clean and store equipment, crockery, cutlery and utensils in a safe and hygienic manner.
3. Daily cleaning of all areas of the kitchen in accordance with the service schedules and specifications, using appropriate equipment, chemicals and work methods.
4. To ensure documentation duties and procedures are maintained for efficiency and accuracy, e.g., food and equipment temperature records.
5. To observe and maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, confidentiality, courtesy, and consideration to all clients, colleagues, and visitors.
6. Ensure segregation and prompt removal of waste to designated collection points, in accordance with the Company’s Safe Waste Handling Procedure.
7. Ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned appropriately. Report any maintenance issues immediately to the Manager, keeping an accurate record.
8. To undertake some housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
9. Full UK driving licence and own transport are required.
