Responsibilities
You’ll support the day-to-day running of CRM activity, with a strong focus on data accuracy, administration, and maintaining clean, reliable datasets. This will include updating and managing data, supporting audience selection for campaigns, and ensuring information is captured correctly across systems. A large part of the role will involve data cleansing and preparation, helping ensure campaigns can be executed smoothly and effectively.
You’ll also assist with basic reporting, tracking campaign performance, and supporting internal stakeholders with data requests. Working closely with the CRM and digital marketing team, you’ll help maintain best practice across systems, support simple segmentation tasks, and contribute to the setup of email campaigns and workflows where required.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
* Good Excel skills and confidence working with data on a day-to-day basis
* High attention to detail, particularly when handling and updating data
* Organised and comfortable with admin-heavy responsibilities
* Good communication skills and ability to support internal stakeholders
* Interest in marketing, data, or CRM systems
* Willingness to learn and develop in a data-focused marketing role
Desirable
* Exposure to a CRM system such as HubSpot
* Basic understanding of data segmentation or audience selection
* Experience supporting marketing or administrative tasks
* Awareness of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles
* Familiarity with email marketing tools or campaign support
* Previous experience working with large datasets
