RMG is growing, and its medium-sized inbound Customer Service Contact Centre has exciting opportunities for permanent Customer Service Advisors to join our supportive team based in Northwich.
To be considered, you must be able to work a rota'd shift between 8am and 8pm and be fluent in both written and spoken English.
As a Customer Service Advisor in our Inbound Customer Contact Centre, you will join a friendly team of established and supportive colleagues and become the voice of RMG. You'll confidently build rapport with customers, answering queries related to their properties and accounts.
Our scheduled start date is Monday 12th May 2025. Please note that due to our structured training schedule, no holidays or appointments can be taken for 1 month from 12th May.
What will I be doing day to day?
* Responding to inbound customer contacts via phone, email, or online chat, providing advice and solutions.
* Accurately recording all transactions on customer records.
* Processing documentation from customer contacts and passing information to colleagues.
What hours will I be working?
The Customer Service Centre operates 24/7. You will work a 7.5-hour shift between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with a rotation of 1 weekend in 4, and days off in lieu. You must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is required. You should be a great communicator, empathetic, and willing to help customers and colleagues.
