If you’re SC cleared (or eligible), have strong experience with Core HR, Absence, and HR Helpdesk, and are ready to take the next step in your career – we’d love to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing day‑to‑day functional support to a variety of Oracle HCM Cloud clients.
* Designing and advising on solutions, processes, and configuration best‑practice.
* Leading knowledge‑transfer sessions, training, and coaching colleagues.
* Supporting pre‑sales activities, including demonstrations.
* Acting as a subject‑matter expert on Cloud processes, road‑maps, and enhancements.
* Producing clear, high‑quality documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team.
* Building trusted relationships with clients by delivering consistently excellent service.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Absence & HR Helpdesk.
* Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
* Excellent documentation skills and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Eligibility for UK Security Vetting (minimum three years UK residency).
Desirable Skills
* Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules (Talent, Payroll, OTL).
* Knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite HRMS.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and wider HR business processes.
* Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
