The Team
Our distribution team is a small but dynamic part of the wider commercial function, responsible for distributing easyJet content and fares to third parties, including GDSs, aggregators, travel agents, and tour operators. We operate in an ever‑changing environment with hundreds of partners, suppliers, and competitors. The team drives the performance and growth of this channel and leads contractual negotiations with key partners.
The Role
As Distribution Manager, you will analyse the performance of our indirect channels, identify key revenue opportunities, and manage initiatives to enhance revenue. You will monitor competitor activity, manage performance reviews, and represent distribution in trading meetings. You will support contractual negotiations and create data‑led reporting for senior management, helping shape the future of easyJet’s distribution strategy.
What we’re looking for
* Analytical skills, with the ability to extract and manipulate data effectively
* Presentation skills, able to tell compelling stories with data and facts
* Experience in competitor benchmarking and spotting commercial opportunities
* Knowledge and interest in the airline/travel distribution environment
* Project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to own processes end to end
* Commercial acumen, ideally with experience in commercial partnerships
* Effective communicator across all levels of the organisation
* Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial, Legal, Trading, Procurement, and Finance
* Proficiency in data visualisation software (e.g. Tableau), data manipulation tools (SQL, Data Bricks), and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
* A positive, inclusive, and energetic approach, ready to meet challenges head‑on

Practicalities
This full‑time role. We spend 60% of our time per month in the office at Luton Airport.
