We are looking for a proactive and personable Customer Engagement Associate to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer journey, from initial enquiry to course completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administration, and contributing to a growing, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on training courses, dates, and entry requirements.
* Process bookings and coordinate training schedules, delegate communications, and follow-ups.
* Maintain accurate customer records and internal databases.
* Support internal teams, including the Customer Engagement Lead and National Business Development Manager, with administrative tasks and reporting.
* Assist with sales support, including preparing documentation for meetings and contributing to business development initiatives.
* Cross-sell training products where appropriate and actively contribute to new business growth.
* Uphold SIMIAN's values and ensure a professional and friendly experience for all customers.
