Salary: £35,000 per annum Reports to: Senior Assessment Manager Hours of Work: Full time 09.00– 17.30, 5 days per week. Flexible working over a 14 day period. Hybrid worker – 2 days in office, 3 remote/from home. Summary To support our individual and corporate members both in UK and abroad with their CPD journey towards becoming accredited with The CPD Standards Office. Assessments and administration for our new Members and existing client submissions Administration work for CPDSO, PTE and Dual Assessment and Accreditation including initial assessment validation together with full assessments Provide constructive feedback and support to clients through their assessment journey Enabling form free submissions by video/phone/or visits Collaborate with the assessment team to enhance the assessment process and membership experience To provide a high level of support ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient professional and timely manner, in line with the company’s goals, and following the processes and procedures. Responsibilities Submissions and Assessment: To conduct and be responsible for assessments for CPDSO, PTE & Dual accreditation and COE alongside other Assessors which includes conducting including initial verification of submission when received. This may include telephone interviews, verifying calls and all documentation for accreditations. Administration duties: To assist with Welcome letters and associated paperwork for new members. Sending out payment plans, renewals and on holds if required. Responsible for ensuring CRM updated where applicable. To be able to pull reports from the CRM when required. Membership: Knowledge of the CPD Standards Office and how membership is of benefit to clients To respond to member enquiries by email and phone in relation to assessment and membership on CRM To work with Account Managers to ensure good customer service Any other administrative duties as required by MD, CEO Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Experience): Good standard of education - Qualified Assessor (TAQA,A1,D32/D33 or equivalent) Experience of working as an Assessor in a previous role minimum 2 years Good administrative skills and attention to detail and accuracy Experience and understanding of CPD, CPD schemes and requirements Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work efficiently Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, email and telephone skills and ability to build strong working relationships with clients -good interpersonal skills Ability to work as a member of a team and be adaptable within the company Positive and determined approach to achieving tasks and getting work completed in a timely fashion Ability to present a professional image at all times Ability to problem solve, critical and lateral thinking skills Ability to communicate well with a wide range of peopleGood IT skills, including Experience of: MS Office, Wordpress, Go High level, DropBox, CRM Database
