At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Loaders to work with a leading airline catering company in Braintree. You will support the catering operation by managing meal carts, food supplies, and equipment in a fast-paced, chilled environment while ensuring strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Shift patterns:
* 06:00am to 02:00pm and 02:00pm to 10:00pm
* Rotational shift pattern requiring flexibility to work weekends when needed
Pay rates:
* £14.92 hourly
Must-have requirements for Loader:
* Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Good attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends
* Must successfully complete a 5-year background check, DBS check, and AVSEC training (provided)
Desirable requirements for Loader:
* Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, food production, or airline catering environment
* Familiarity with food safety and hygiene procedures
* A proactive approach, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tasks
* Strong communication skills and good time management
