Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: 3 varied shifts per week including afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What You'll Do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, supporting the post office counter, and enhancing the shopping experience.
* Support colleagues to solve problems and improve customer experience.
* Ensure store safety and compliance—stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Assist with introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Engage with the community through activities and events.
