Construction Manager

Are you a seasoned Construction Manager looking for your next big challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at a leading facility in Grangemouth. This role involves overseeing and coordinating construction activities related to the delivery of an EPCM project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring efficient and safe project execution.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil, structural, and architectural engineering aspects.
* Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
* Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement controls.
* Document all construction activities, including daily reports, inspection records, change orders, and as-built drawings.
* Implement quality control measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client requirements.
* Foster a culture of safety, excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Recognized professional certification in construction site supervision (CSCS/CCSNG card).
* Significant experience in construction management on complex industrial projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
Desirable:
* Competent TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator).
* Familiarity with the use of EDMS (Viewpoint).
