The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Graduate to join our reputable Corporate Partner in Leicester.
The role will play a key part in supporting one of our Leicester based Corporate Partners and their team.
The ideal candidate will be seeking a full-time role and demonstrate a genuine passion for the legal profession, coupled with a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
We seek someone who is enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and is eager to adapt and excel in a dynamic & challenging environment.
Jahid Ali is committed to professional development and is searching for a dedicated, long-term team player. As a testament to this commitment, the successful candidate who demonstrates promise will be sponsored to enrol in the SQE program after six months, paving the way for a rewarding journey towards qualification.
We are not seeking a finished product, but rather an individual with a lot of potential.
Personal Specification
To be successful in the role:
* You will hold a bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
* You will be East-Midlands based, preferably in Leicester.
* You will be driven and a quick learner.
* You will be pro-active, efficient, organised, keen to take the initiative and to drive transactions forward.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse and high-calibre caseload encompassing mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and much more.
The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to build strong rapport and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
* Strong IT skills (specifically Outlook, Microsoft Excel/Word and Data Rooms).
* Ability to plan work and prioritise tasks.
