Customer Service Advisor – Automotive Repair Centre

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy automotive repair centre in Grantham. You’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
14. Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone
15. Manage repair bookings, vehicle drop-offs, and collections
16. Provide regular updates on vehicle progress
17. Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication
18. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
19. Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
20. Experience in customer service, administration, or a front-of-house role
21. Automotive experience is beneficial but not essential
22. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
23. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
24. Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
25. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
