The Role As a key member of the payroll team, you'll manage and support a range of payrolls varying in size and complexity - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a first-class client experience. You'll play an integral part in delivering outstanding service, providing advice, and supporting clients with all aspects of payroll and benefits. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients on weekly, bi-weekly, four-weekly, and monthly schedules. Review payrolls prepared by colleagues and provide guidance or training when needed. Prepare and file Real Time Information (RTI) submissions. Handle payroll queries, including statutory pay, holiday pay, and redundancy matters. Process both multi-employee and single-director payrolls. Issue payslips and advise clients of PAYE liabilities. Manage P11Ds, P45s, P60s, and other payroll documentation. Liaise with clients, HMRC, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
