We offer Virtual Assistant services, financial services and other support packages to small businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide.
Qualifications for Receptionist or Virtual Assistant
* Fluent in English
* Customer focus
* Problem solving skills
* Communication skills
* Organization skills
* Time management skills
* Ability to speak/translate other languages (not mandatory)
Duties include
* Preparing contracts
* Answering phones from switchboard and routing them to the appropriate department
* Greeting current clients as well as prospective clients
* Booking travel plans for managers and directors
* All needed administration duties
The salary begins at £19k per annum.
