Outpatient Clinic Coordinator
Part‑time Band 4 Coordinator post within the Outpatient Department at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital, with future relocation to the BAIRD Family hospital.
Work Hours
* Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 16:30
* Friday 08:30 – 13:08 (hours may be open to negotiation)
* 32.64 hours per working week
Responsibilities and Expectations
* Work independently and as a team player, prioritising conflicting demands.
* Maintain regular contact with staff across the service.
* Supervise administrative staff within the team.
* Deal with patients and colleagues in a confident, caring and empathetic manner, both over the phone and in person.
* Organise and methodise tasks with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to meet service demands.
