As a Luxury Fragrance Advisor, you will be assigned to top department stores and boutiques, delivering exceptional service to clients while driving sales for some of the most prestigious fragrance houses. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide warm, engaging, and tailored consultations to clients, guiding them through fragrance selections that meet their individual preferences and lifestyles.
* Confidently represent assigned luxury fragrance brands, sharing product stories and heritage to create an elevated client experience.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the agency and brand partners.
* Adapt quickly to working with different brands, products, and teams while maintaining professionalism and brand integrity.
* Ensure the fragrance counter or display area is impeccably maintained, fully stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic reporting as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail is essential.
* A genuine passion for luxury fragrance and the ability to communicate brand stories authentically.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
* Flexibility to work on different brand counters and across multiple Central London locations, including weekends and peak trading periods.
* Immaculate grooming and professional presentation consistent with luxury retail standards.
