Love admin and procedures? Join our Planning Administration Team to register all types of planning applications, meet daily targets, and respond to telephone calls and e‑mail enquiries regarding planning matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately register all types of planning applications.
* Meet daily targets for application registration.
* Answer telephone calls and e‑mail enquiries on all planning matters.
* Read, interpret and understand plans, calculate fees and apply government requirements to ensure applications are valid.
* Use own initiative, working well under pressure while maintaining high detail accuracy.
