Exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join a growing organisation based near Chippenham supporting a variety of business systems and applications, offering circa £60-70,000 DOE plus hybrid working.
The role
The Business Systems Analyst role will be responsible for:
1. develop and maintain business systems (including ERP, MES, CRM, data, web solutions etc.)
2. support and troubleshoot applications, as well as systems configuration
3. act as a systems champion across the organisation (optimising processes, change mgt, continuous improvement)
4. work cross functionally with various teams and 3rd parties
About you
Applicants for the Business Systems Analyst role will have:
5. relevant experience gained in a similar systems support role, with experience supporting ERP, MES and other business systems
6. hands-on technical application development skills for support, as well as experience of systems integration (e.g. APIs)
7. excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for process & continuous improvement
