A boutique Hedge Fund is seeking a proactive Operations Analyst with Python experience to support daily trade operations and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support trade operations alongside senior operations staff
* Run internal valuation estimates and liaise with administrators and auditors to resolve discrepancies
* Book trades, cashflows, and subscriptions/redemptions
* Perform post-trade reconciliations
* Coordinate with outsourced middle office teams and external counterparties
* Confirm OTC trades and manage novations/unwinds
* Execute daily initial margin calculations
* Contribute to developing internal systems to increase automation
Essential Requirements:
* 1–5 years of experience in financial services
* Strong quantitative skills
* Professional experience using Python
