Role Profile
Our client is a proud family-owned business enjoying an exciting period of growth. We are supporting their recruitment of a Warehouse Manager to oversee day to day operations and ensuring a seamless, quality service to customers. As Warehouse Manager you'll take charge of the entire Warehouse function, driving a safety-first and high-performance operation. You will work Monday to Friday, typical office hours.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day to day leadership of Warehouse function. Ensure efficient inbound and dispatch functions, delivering KPI's are achieved
2. Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure correct & accurate storage of materials
3. Drive continuous improvement - you'll be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, and implement efficient processes to streamline operations
4. Create high-performing team, including identifying training & skills gaps
5. Drive safety-first culture, ensuring correct procedures are strictly adhered to
Key Skills
6. Proven experience in Warehouse Management and leading a team of Warehouse staff
7. Excellent communication skills and keen eye for detail
8. System-savvy, ideally experience using various WMS and Microsoft Office applications
9. Strong stock management skills, with proven record of improving inventory performance
10. Background in pick pack or kitting operations would be highly desirable
