Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage the front of house operations at our Derby site. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff, managing inquiries, and supporting facilities and security teams to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service:
o Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and staff, directing them to appropriate contacts.
o Handle incoming queries via phone and email.
o Manage parking arrangements and coordinate transportation as needed.
o Book meeting rooms and hospitality services according to client requests.
2. HSE, Security & Quality:
o Coordinate with site security and management teams.
o Conduct site inductions and maintain security protocols.
o Issue and record ID badges for staff and visitors.
o Support the implementation of JLL’s Quality Management program.
