A Digital Media Organisation is seeking a commercially minded, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment and enjoys solving data challenges while delivering impactful insights. You will take ownership of the marketing data ecosystem, working closely with the Marketing Operations Executive to analyse and report on key metrics across sales and customer journeys. Your insights will support data-informed decision-making, driving performance and scalable growth across multiple divisions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies
2. Manage data quality, hygiene, and integration across platforms
3. Lead tracking and attribution strategy, ensuring robust implementation of GTM, GA4, and privacy-compliant tagging
4. Deliver and maintain PowerBI dashboards and regular KPI reporting sessions
5. Conduct post-event analysis and web optimisation using tools like Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity
