We are seeking dedicated Service Technicians to help grow our thriving service department and provide exceptional experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced and professional environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on the repair order efficiently and per dealership standards
* Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
* Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
* Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and provide estimates
* Coordinate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
* Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
* Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned
* Attend factory-sponsored training classes
REQUIREMENTS:
* High CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) is essential
* Strong automotive background
* Excellent teamwork skills
* Willing to undergo drug screening and background checks
* Valid and clean driver’s license
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Perform duties in a safe manner
