Job Title: Mobile Growth & Platform Manager
Location: Hybrid - London / Malta / Remote - Anywhere in Europe
About GIMO:
Global Interactive Marketing Online (GIMO) is a leading independent marketing agency and software developer in the iGaming industry, based in London. GIMO collaborates with major global gaming brands such as NetBet, 777, and betFIRST.
About NetBet:
Since 2006, NetBet has been providing an online casino and sportsbook experience worldwide, including Lotto, Live Casino, and Poker. It operates in multiple languages across various markets and holds several gaming licenses, ensuring compliance and security for players.
Role:
We seek a data-driven, execution-oriented Mobile Growth & Platform Manager to enhance the growth, adoption, and performance of our mobile applications across Casino and Sports verticals. You will collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to achieve measurable results through app store optimization, platform health, and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Own and improve KPIs: installs, retention, engagement, app store ratings, and revenue contribution.
2. Collaborate with the Acquisition Team on mobile acquisition strategies and insights.
3. Enhance in-app conversion and user lifecycle in partnership with CRM and product teams.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration
1. Work closely with Product Owners to support cross-vertical initiatives for mobile growth.
2. Act as the primary growth partner to influence the mobile roadmap with data-backed insights.
3. Coordinate with marketing, analytics, design, and customer support teams.
Platform & App Store Management
1. Manage app updates, releases, and compliance with Apple and Google.
2. Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts, including A/B testing creatives and descriptions.
3. Monitor and improve app ratings and reviews via feedback prompts.
4. Maintain relationships with platform account managers for platform updates and promotional opportunities.
5. Implement and maintain analytics frameworks using tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel.
6. Lead experimentation and A/B testing on features and engagement flows.
7. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
8. Coordinate with external app development partners to ensure timely and quality releases.
Person Specifications:
1. Minimum 4 years in mobile growth, product, or platform management roles, with experience in iGaming/Online Casino industry.
2. Proven success in mobile user engagement, ASO, and platform optimization.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in mobile analytics and attribution tools.
4. Experience managing external development teams.
5. Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
6. Existing relationships with Google and Apple account managers are a plus.

* App store rating and review improvements
* Organic and paid app install growth
* Release cadence and store compliance
